Who we are
DwellCase is provided by CODE PRECISION spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, os. Piastowskie 109/14, 61-165 Poznań, Polska (KRS 0000605845, NIP 7822611928, REGON 363886956). By using the app or this site you agree to these terms.
What DwellCase is
DwellCase helps you document a rental property, keep a timeline and export reports. It is a documentation tool. It does not provide legal advice, decide fault, value damage or guarantee how any record will be treated in a dispute.
Your content
Photos, documents and notes you add remain yours. You give us only the permission needed to store, sync and export them for you. You are responsible for having the right to record the places and people you document.
Plans and purchases
Renter Pass and Personal are one-time purchases. Small Portfolio is an annual auto-renewing subscription. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple through your Apple Account and follow the App Store terms. You can restore purchases in the app.
Business use and the DPA
If you use DwellCase for business, for example as a landlord, property manager or host, and your content includes personal data of other people, you are the data controller and DwellCase is your processor. For that content, the following agreement applies: Data Processing Agreement (DPA). You accept it in the app when you buy Personal, Personal Upgrade or Small Portfolio.
Acceptable use
Do not use DwellCase to harass anyone, to record where recording is forbidden, to store unlawful content or to interfere with the service.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service reliable but cannot promise it will always be available. Keep your own copies of important files; you can export everything at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
Ending use
You can stop at any time and delete your account in the app. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims before the courts of your place of residence.
